I'm really excited about the Weddings 4 Warriors event this year. Just to recap a bit, W4W will be November 9, 2014 at Las Brisas Farm. There will be 4 weddings (2 vow renewals and 2 weddings); all ceremonies begin at 3:00 at four locations on our property (front porch, fireplace, gazebo, pond). There will also be another wedding on Sunday, November 16. This means our community will have supported 6 couples this year!

Each couple will have a photographer, officiate, ceremony music, flowers, lodging, gift basket, breakfast platter and each bride received a complimentary wedding gown. There will be one reception for all with a catered meal, cake and beverages. A DJ and videographer will provide fun and entertainment for all. The couples will exit the venue in a classic convertible.
There is no way to pull the above off all of the above without your assistance.
Volunteer Help Needed:
Now: gift baskets---items or donation to purchase--5 gift baskets
Day of:
11:00----install reception table decor
1:30------hosts/hostesses----direct vendors to appropriate areas
guest check-in
napkins and dinnerware---roll napkins and tie with ribbon
finger foods for cocktail hour
At-large volunteers----want to help but don't care where!
Itinerary:
3:00 ceremony
3:30 cocktail time
5:00 couple introduction and first dance
5:30 presentation of colors
6:00 reception
7:45 couples exit
8:00 home!
Thank you for your willingness to serve those who serve and protect us. All of these couples have endured deployments; one young man has been deployed 6 times!
